Introduction

We are OPSEU Local 277, otherwise known as Peel Paramedic Union. This is an internal member site for the submission of expense claims.

We reserve the right to maintain offsite backups of all information, including but not limited to personal data, expense information, and submitted documents, as part of our commitment to data security and integrity. These backups are designed to prevent data loss and ensure continuity of our services in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that these backups may be retained indefinitely to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We implement robust security measures to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of these backups.

Data Sharing

No third-party sharing of Expense Information will occur without the express consent of the member, except as required by law.

Members’ Rights

Once a claim is submitted, the expense information, documents and uploaded files become the property of the Local. This is to preserve the integrity of the Local’s record-keeping processes. Members acknowledge that they have no right to demand the deletion of submitted claims, expense information and associated uploaded files post-submission. This Expense Information becomes the property of the Local.
